A New Day

Shape a new era of opportunity

Senior housing and care leaders are seizing new opportunities and developing the relationships and new partnerships on which to build the future. Ensure your organization benefits from the latest drivers of demand, new revenue sources, and efficiencies, as leaders innovate, adapt, and strategize for success.

No other event offers this level of access to the decision-makers, ideas, and connections that you will need to be successful, as the sector enters a new era of delivering community and care to a growing -and aging- population of older adults.

Be Safe, and Connected

For our first in-person event since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, NIC is requiring proof of vaccinations for every attendee. We’re proud of our attendees’ heroic efforts to protect their residents and staff and remain committed to their well-being. We also look forward to facilitating real connections, new and old.

Meet the Decision-Makers

Senior level executives represent approximately 70% of attendees, making this event one of the year’s most efficient and effective opportunities to connect, make deals, and explore new opportunities and partnerships.

Be a Part of the Solution

This is a time of disruption in seniors housing and care. Now, more than ever, leaders are looking for new partners, new ideas, and new approaches to caring for residents, as they seek to offer new solutions in the wake of the pandemic.
Now is the time to pursue new contacts, deepen existing relationships, and strengthen your network. It is time to be there for your residents, be there for your employees, and be there for your business.

Educational Program Overview
The Spring program features eight non-concurrent educational sessions, each of which is focused on one of the major issues facing business leaders today. In addition to four Main Stage Presentations, three Presentation and Discussion sessions will offer attendees the opportunity to engage in smaller discussion groups, for a more intimate, in-depth, and dynamic experience. One Peer-To-Peer session is entirely devoted to collaborative discussion. The popular Braindate™ meeting platform returns, offering intimate, curated discussions tailored to attendees’ immediate interests and specific issues.
