In this session, capital providers will learn how to form a successful partnership: how to vet potential operators, the qualities that define a good operator, and the questions they should ask before entering a partnership; questions that delve beyond standard capital metrics and focus on critical content such as management culture, demographics, the owner-operation ratio, and more.
