Adam has a deep track record of excellence in finance, development, and strategic operations. In April 2016, Adam leveraged his 15 years of experience to launch Solera Senior Living, a Denver-based, next-generation, transformative, senior living operations, development and investment company. As of January 2022, Solera’s portfolio consists of 13-properties/1,600-units under management or development with a total market capitalization in excess of $1 Billion. Most of the growth to-date has been weighted to developments in high barrier to entry locations. In 2021 Solera formed a strategic joint venture to expand their growth strategy to include acquisitions. At Solera, Adam identifies strategic growth opportunities, sets the vision for the operating model and program design, sources and structures capital relationships, evaluates innovative programs and is responsible for building a high performing engaging culture. Prior to Solera, Adam served as a member of the Executive Team and Investment Committee for a national seniors housing operator with 20,000-units under management. Adam received his BA from Cornell University, School of Hotel and Restaurant Management, and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Adam is a member of the NIC Operator Advisory Board, The 2221 Society for Children’s Hospital Colorado and a Board Member for EmpowerMe Wellness. Adam credits the constant love from his wife and the commitment from his incredible leadership team for the success to-date in building Solera. Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three kids, socializing with close friends, traveling, skiing, golfing, and fitness.
