  • How to register for the conference?

    Click “REGISTER” in the top right corner.

  • Will I need to be vaccinated to attend the 2023 NIC Spring Conference?

    We are not asking attendees to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test. NIC reserves the right to change this policy at any time.

  • Where can I find the Attendee Listing?

    Located exclusively via the NIC Conference Mobile App, the Attendee Listing includes attendees who registered and chose to be listed. You can export the Attendee Listing to Excel to sort and/or print using the desktop version of the mobile app. Look for the app to be released late January or early February.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Registration Cancellations

    Cancellations must be submitted online via NIC’s event registration site or by email to registrar@nic.org. 

    Cancellations made by February 15, 2023, will be assessed a $295 administrative fee. 

    Cancellations made after February 15, 2023, will not be refunded. 

  • What is NIC's event registration replacement policy?

    If you are no longer able to attend the 2023 NIC Spring Conference and your company would like to replace your registration with another colleague, a $295 administrative fee will be assessed.  

    The original registration will be cancelled minus the $295 fee, and your company will be provided a code to honor the rate of the original registrant. 

  • How to I book a hotel room at the conference?
    • A room block is available at the follow:
      • Marriott Marquis Marina – starting at $359 per night + applicable taxes and fees
    • Guestrooms, at the reduced rate, within the block will be available through February 1, 2023,  or until the NIC room block is sold out, whichever comes first.

    After you register for the 2023 NIC Spring Conference, a confirmation email will be sent to your email. In that email you will find a link to use secure your hotel room at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina.

  • Can I book a private meeting space at the hotel during the conference?

    All meeting spaces and suites at the hotel are only available to conference sponsors and partners of NIC.

  • Do you allow on-site registration?
    • For the 2023 NIC Spring Conference, we are allowing on-site conference registration. We strongly encourage supplying your vaccination credentials ahead of the conference to ensure that you are approved to enter the space.
