Program Overview

The Value of Partnering

The senior housing and skilled nursing communities increasingly will serve a growing baby boomer population, many of whom will develop multiple chronic conditions that will likely impact their well-being. NIC educational sessions will demonstrate for operators, investors, care partners, and other stakeholders the significant opportunity that senior living and healthcare leaders have to more closely integrate healthcare services with housing services —thereby helping to improve the overall well-being of older adults.

The NIC Spring Conference’s thoughtfully curated sessions will help attendees understand their role within the continuum of care and how incorporating value-based care within senior living communities offers benefits for both residents and operators.

Two session locations, distinct experiences:

Main Stage Presentations

Hear from industry experts and respected business leaders as they share timely, relevant, and actionable insights shaping the future of senior housing and care.

Innovation Lab

Smaller, concurrent sessions featuring fresh ideas, practical strategies, and emerging models. Some offer interactive, hands-on exploration, while others present in-depth discussions and panels in a more intimate setting.
