Aaron Rosenzweig joined JLL in 2023 as a Senior Managing Director for JLL’s Seniors Housing Capital Markets group, responsible for originating, structuring, selling and placing of debt and equity investments nationally on seniors housing and healthcare related transactions. Prior to JLL, Mr. Rosenzweig served as Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield in its seniors housing capital markets division from 2011-2023, and prior to C&W, served as a Vice President at Banco Santander from 2006-2011 in its senior housing and healthcare practice where his primary focus was originating seniors housing financings including entrance fee CCRCs for both for-profit and non-profit senior housing clients.

Mr. Rosenzweig holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University.
