Andy Eby is on a mission to ensure each generation of seniors receives the care and love they deserve. As a leader at Bickford Senior Living, he oversees operations across more than 60 communities, carrying forward the legacy his family began nearly 30 years ago when they founded Bickford’s first branch for his grandmother, Mary Bickford. Andy is also a partner in the Senior Living Transformation Company, innovating the industry’s care and capital models, and co-founder of Serviam Care Network, which brings senior living operators together to create new opportunities. A former offensive lineman for the Green Bay Packers and St. Louis Rams, Andy is now an adjunct faculty member at the Stagen Leadership Academy. He lives in Kansas City, MO, with his wife, Andrea and three children.
