Arick is responsible for setting the strategic vision of the product, ensuring operational execution, and delivering increasing value to the senior housing industry. During Arick’s tenure, NIC MAP has enjoyed substantial growth with a rapidly expanding array of products and data sets. 

Prior to becoming CEO of NIC MAP, Arick co-founded VisionLTC, which merged with NIC MAP Data Service in 2021 to become NIC MAP. Arick had the privilege and honor of growing up in the senior housing industry and co-founded a senior housing operating platform that has now grown to 30+ communities. Arick has a background in health care analytics and technology product development, working at the Advisory Board Company to launch new data and analytics products to help health systems navigate a post-health care reform world.
