Brian S. Beckwith co-founded Arcus Healthcare Partners, LLC, based in Atlanta, Georgia. Brian has diversified experience in all sectors of healthcare with specific focus on equity and debt investments in healthcare real estate. From 2011 – 2020, Brian was Chief Executive Officer of Formation Capital, LLC., a private equity investor in the senior care industry.  In that role for nearly a decade, Brian led investing activity resulting in over $1.5 billion of equity deployed.  Prior to 2011, Brian held numerous roles with GE Capital’s Healthcare Finance team including leading healthcare lending / investing in Europe and lastly, leading the healthcare real estate lending business in the US with greater than $6.5B in loans.  Brian serves or has served on the UGA Terry College of Business Alumni Board, the National Investment Center for Senior Housing and Care (NIC) Board, the American Senior Housing Association Board.
