Franke Elliott

Franke Elliott is an experienced healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience working for nationally recognized managed care organizations and healthcare services companies. His expertise includes strategic positioning, creating competitive advantage, and business development in order to achieve revenue growth and sustained value creation.

Mr. Elliott is a Co-Founder & serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of Bloom Healthcare Franke is responsible for helping set the overall strategic direction of the company. His primary focus is transforming the company’s revenue model from fee-for-service to value-based models with Medicare Advantage organizations, CMS Innovation Center Models and risk-bearing entities; Organic growth through strategic partnerships with national senior living companies; service line expansion and exploring vertical integration opportunities.

Prior to cofounding Bloom, Mr. Elliott served as the Chief Managed Care Officer of Kindred Healthcare, Inc. for 6 years and served as a member of the Company’s Executive Committee Council.Prior to joining Kindred, Mr. Elliott was a Senior Vice President of Business Development for, Inc., now a subsidiary of Cigna Corporation (NYSE:CI), one of the country’s leading health plans focused on managing Medicare Advantage and Medicaid populations through innovative physician partnerships.

From more than 10 years, Mr. Elliott worked in various capacities for HCA Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:HCA). The last three years at HCA, Mr. Elliott was Regional Vice President, of the Managed Care Division. He was responsible for all aspects of the business relationship with insurance companies and health plans for the Company’s hospitals and related businesses in ten markets throughout the southeastern United States.

Mr. Elliott currently serves on Board of Directors for Results Physiotherapy, a private equity backed physical therapy company, and previously Health, a telemedicine solutions company focused on the long-term care industry.
