Peter is principal and managing partner of Cantex Continuing Care Network (CCCN), a privately-held, fully-integrated post-acute network based in Carrollton, TX. It currently owns and operates 38 skilled nursing facilities, 1 assisted living facility, 11 home health agencies, 5 hospice agencies, 3 institutional pharmacies, and provides all of its own rehabilitation services in-house. It also offers a Medicare Advantage plan to its long-stay patients and operates a primary care practice.
