Susan Wallace is President and CEO of LeadingAge Ohio, where she leads statewide advocacy and member support for mission-driven aging services providers. She brings more than 15 years of association management experience and has served in leadership roles guiding strategy, policy engagement, and member services across the aging services continuum.

Since assuming the CEO role in 2022, Susan has directed the organization’s work across hospice and palliative care, affordable senior housing, home health, assisted living, adult day services, home-delivered meals, and nursing facilities. She brings deep expertise in aging and long-term care policy, workforce development, and payment and regulatory reform. Susan is a frequent presenter for professional and policy audiences and a trusted voice on system-level solutions that support older Ohioans and the providers who serve them. She holds a Master of Social Work from the Ohio State University.
