Hotel room rates start at $289++ (tax and fees) per night for single/double occupancy.
Once you are registered for the 2024 NIC Spring Conference, your confirmation email will detail how to book accommodation at the hotel. Hotel rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, for registered attendees, through February 1, 2024, or until the conference block is full (whichever comes first).
Hotel Deposit and Cancellation
All reservations must be accompanied by a room deposit of the first night’s room and applicable tax at the time of reservation. Deposits will be refunded for cancellations received on or before February 1, 2024. Deposits will be forfeited for no shows, and cancellations received after February 1, 2024.
Hotel Room Block Policy
Registration for the conference is required prior to booking lodging. Any hotel reservations in the NIC room block without a corresponding conference registration may be canceled by the hotel/NIC without notice and subject to the deposit being forfeited. One (1) hotel room reservation can be made per registered attendee.
Changes to Hotel Reservations
Please contact the hotel directly for name changes, arrival/departure changes, and/or cancellations. Please refer to individual hotel confirmation emails for additional information.
