The National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to support access and choice by providing data, analytics, and connections that bring together investors and providers.
NIC achieves its mission by:
- Hosting the industry’s premier conferences, providing opportunities to convene, network and learn from experts in the field
- Offering the industry’s only professional certification program dedicated solely to senior housing and care
- Increasing industry transparency through high-quality research, data, and analysis; providing expert insights via webinars and speaking engagements; forming academic and research partnerships; and publishing thought leadership on www.nic.org.
