Hotel room rates start at $379++ (tax and fees) per night for single/double occupancy.
A discounted hotel destination amenity fee of $17.50 (plus tax) daily will be added.
Once you are registered for the 2025 NIC Spring Conference, your confirmation email will detail how to book accommodations at the hotel. Hotel rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, for registered attendees, through Monday, February 3, 2025, or until the conference block is full (whichever comes first).
Hotel Room Block Policy
Registration for the conference is required prior to booking lodging. Any hotel reservations in the NIC room block without a corresponding conference registration may be canceled by the hotel/NIC without notice. One (1) hotel room reservation can be made per registered attendee.
Changes to Hotel Reservations and/or Cancellation
Once a reservation is made, please contact the hotel directly for name changes, arrival/departure changes, or cancellations. Refer to your hotel confirmation email for additional information, including the hotel’s cancellation policy.
