Seniors Housing & Care Provider (Operators)
Early Bird Rate: $1,885
Regular Rate: $2,200
Onsite Rate: $2,620The Senior Housing & Care Provider (Operator) rate is available to professionals whose current primary business function is the active and direct day-to-day management of senior housing and care properties.
Small Operators (with ten or fewer properties) are eligible for a flat rate of $1,780 throughout the registration period.

Registration Policies

Registration Payments
Registration payments may be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) or by check.
Check Payments
Payments by check will be accepted until January 24, 2025. Registrations submitted using the check payment option are considered pending until payment is received. To avoid cancellation, payment must be received within 7-10 business days of submitting online registration. In the event of cancellation, hotel rooms reserved at the NIC group rate may also be canceled. Conference re-registration will be at the current registration rates.
Registration Cancellations
- Cancellations must be submitted online via the event registration site or by email to registrar@nic.org.
- Cancellations received by Friday, January 24, 2025, will be assessed a $295 administrative fee.
- After Friday, January 24, 2025, no refunds will be granted.
- In the event of registration cancellation, hotel rooms reserved at the NIC group rate may also be canceled. Conference re-registration will be at the current registration rates.
- If you are no longer able to attend the 2025 NIC Spring Conference and your company would like to replace your registration with another colleague, a $295 administrative fee will be assessed. The original registration will be canceled, and your company will be provided a code (if applicable) to honor the rate of the original registrant.
- Payments by check will be accepted until Friday, January 24, 2025.
- Registrations submitted using the check payment option are considered pending until payment is received. Registrations purchased using company checks can be canceled by company personnel on your behalf.
- To avoid cancellation, payment must be received within 7-10 business days of submitting online registration.
Registration Replacement
- If you can no longer attend the 2025 NIC Spring Conference and your company would like to replace your registration with another colleague, a $295 administrative fee will be assessed.
- The original registration will be canceled minus the $295 fee, and your company will be provided a code to honor the rate of the original registrant.
