Thank you for agreeing to share your expertise with attendees at the upcoming 2026 NIC Spring Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, March 30 – April 1, 2026
The NIC Spring Conference uniquely highlights emerging trends in addressing the health, personal care, and supportive service needs of older adults. This includes increasing integration of housing and healthcare services and enhancing overall well-being for seniors in both senior housing and long-term care environments.
This toolkit is designed to support you as you prepare for your session at the Spring Conference. Please check back regularly, as it will be updated. Please contact Melissa Raffel with any questions
Conference Attendee Demographics

Registration
All speakers must be registered to attend the conference. Look out for an email in early December with details on how to register, including your speaker discount code.
Hotel
After registering for the NIC Spring Conference, your hotel confirmation email will include links to book rooms at NIC Block Hotels. We encourage you to book your accommodations as soon after registering as possible. The hotel room block fills up fast!
Photo, Bio and Speaker Agreement
In your confirmation email from Melissa, there was a request for your headshot, bio and a signature on the speaker agreement. If you haven’t sent those over, please do so as soon as possible — we use this information to spotlight you and your session across our marketing channels, driving visibility and attendance.
Slides
Presentations are not required-in fact, we prefer not to use slides whenever possible—attendees are there to hear your thoughts, so please do not feel obligated to create slides. We do have the ability to add handouts to the event app.
If you do choose to create slides, we ask that you use this template.
Please review these tips for slide creation.
Social Media Toolkit
Stay tuned for our toolkit coming in December! Spread the word about your participation at NIC’s Spring Conference. Our Speaker Social Media Toolkit will have suggested copy and visual assets to promote your involvement.
To request a personalized social media graphic featuring your headshot, please email Melissa Raffel.
