Ashley Fitzgerald is a Managing Director based in Washington, D.C., where she focuses on U.S. real estate investment opportunities. Since joining Carlyle in 2007, she has worked across a broad range of asset classes and U.S. markets, with a particular emphasis on Texas. Her experience spans retail, active adult, multifamily, office, and senior living properties. She has worked on the Active Adult platform since 2011.

Prior to Carlyle, Ms. Fitzgerald served as an Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle in New York City. She earned a double major in finance and international business from Georgetown University.
