Bryon Sehlke joined Touchstone Communities in 2009 and was named president in 2017. During his tenure, Touchstone has grown almost 300% and currently operates 28 nursing home communities in the state of Texas. Included in that number are several Veterans Homes that Touchstone operates for the Texas Veterans Land Board.

Prior to joining Touchstone, Bryon held a variety of executive level positions in the high-tech and services industries. He was involved in numerous acquisitions and raised capital through both public and private debt offerings and equity financings. Bryon started his career with the Central Intelligence Agency. He holds master’s degrees in both business administration and aerospace engineering as well as a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, all from the University of Texas at Austin.
