Jacob Swint joined National Church Residences in 2019 and has almost two decades of experience within the healthcare and housing fields. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Growth & Operations Support at National Church Residences in Columbus, Ohio, he oversees Strategy, Corporate Development (M&A), Public Policy, Business Intelligence and Operations Support for the enterprise.

The commitment to driving best-in-class operations and advancing the senior housing and healthcare integration are just a few passions that Jacob shares with the National Church Residences’ mission. Most recently, National Church Residences has become one of the few senior housing operators who has made considerable progress in bringing Value-Based Care into senior housing by blending National Church Residences’ strong expertise in senior housing and Jacob’s healthcare acumen and strategic insights to contribute to the mission of National Church Residences.

Prior to his tenure at National Church Residences, Jacob spent 11 years in several finance and strategy leadership roles at Cardinal Health where he was instrumental in managing some of the most strategic priorities for the organization.

Jacob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance and accounting from The University of Toledo and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Delaware Board of Accountancy.

Outside of Jacob’s professional work, he spends most of his time attempting to keep up with his three young children, wife and extended family spanning the state of Ohio and Michigan. In between family time and work, Jacob occasionally gets the opportunity to spend time golfing, fishing, hunting, boating or any other outdoor related activity that time permits.
