Jeana Lopez has over 30 years of experience leading teams in the multifamily industry and has been with Greystar for 15 years. Since joining the Active Adult team in 2017, she has leveraged her expertise in lease-ups, mid-rise and garden-style developments, value-add renovations, US Military Housing Privatization, and conventional rental housing.

Currently, she oversees 70+ communities across 14 states and over 50 markets from central to eastern United States. Jeana served on the CCAA Board of Directors for 7 years and was the CCAA President in 2013. As a Senior Director, she manages operations and plays a key role in leading marketing, sales, and client services for the entire Greystar Active Adult platform. She holds an NAA CAM designation and a BA in Business Communications from Texas State University.

While Active Adult has become her career passion, her two sons and fiancé take up all of her free time and travel is their favorite hobby.
