Jeannee Parker Martin

Jeannee Parker Martin is the President & CEO of LeadingAge California, a Sacramento-based association dedicated to housing, care, and services for older adults. Jeannee was recently appointed by Governor Newsom to the California Commission on Aging, and in 2019 was appointed by the Governor to the Master Plan for Aging stakeholder Advisory Committee and also to the Research Subcommittee. She also was appointed to the U.S. President Trump Coronavirus Commission on Quality and Safety in Nursing Homes in 2020.

Jeannee has a rich history of working with marginalized communities, including indigenous Maya people in Central America, refugees in Thailand, and individuals with AIDS in the United States. She has held leadership roles at Visiting Nurses and Hospice of San Francisco, The Corridor Group, and currently with LeadingAge California. Jeannee has advised major corporations such as the World Health Organization, Marriott Corporation, Gentiva, and Visiting Nurse Services of NY, and has served on 18 private and public boards. Jeannee holds a BS in Nursing from Georgetown University and an MPH from Yale University
