Ms. Curtis is Managing Partner and co-owner of Formation Healthcare, a clinical advisory team that provides visibility into clinical risks, operating trends, and opportunities in seniors housing and long-term care to owners, operators, lenders, and investors through our services and solutions. Ms. Curtis has over 18 years of healthcare analytics experience, during which time she has been responsible for the development of seniors housing risk assessment and monitoring tools including Quality In-Cite®, para-scope®, and CarePrepare™. Prior to Formation, Ms. Curtis managed clinical and financial decision support for a hospital system and negotiated managed care contracts.

Ms. Curtis is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional and Certified Revenue Cycle Associate by the Healthcare Financial Management Association, as well as a charter member of the Quick Base Advisory Board.

Ms. Curtis earned a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from Clemson University.
