Jon serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Hawthorn Senior Living, where he has overseen operations for a national portfolio of independent living communities since joining the company in 2019. With more than two decades of experience in seniors housing and healthcare real estate, he has played a key role in advancing operational practices, enhancing performance systems, and driving strong outcomes across diverse markets. Jon believes that when you put people first and focus on doing the right thing, great results naturally follow.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and remains active in the Badger community, volunteering as an alumni mentor through UW’s SuccessWorks program.
