Kristi Oliver is a seasoned operations executive with over two decades of experience in the senior living industry. She currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for True Connection Communities, a division of Green Courte Residential Holdings. In her role, Kristi oversees operational execution, drives financial performance, manages expenses, and fosters talent acquisition to meet resident satisfaction and financial goals. Her career has spanned various leadership roles, including Executive Director, Cluster Executive Director, and Regional Director of Operations at Sunrise Senior Living, where she served from 2004 to 2013.

In 2014, she joined Spectrum Retirement Communities as Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing more than 50 locations across ten states. She then moved to Bridge Investment Group as Vice President of Owner Relations, gaining valuable asset management experience. Most recently, she was Regional Vice President of Operations at Blake by QSL Management, focusing on revitalizing underperforming assets and brand growth.

Kristi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Marketing from Westmar College in LeMars, Iowa. Based in Tampa, she operates from the Clearwater office, strengthening collaboration with True Connection Communities and Green Courte Residential Holdings teams.
