Matt is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring and closing Green Courte’s active-adult/independent senior living investments. Green Courte’s wholly owned senior living operating platform, True Connection Communities, was founded in 2018 and operates a high-quality portfolio of 20 active-adult and independent senior living communities, containing approximately 3,200 units located in 11 states. Prior to focusing on active-adult/independent senior living, Matt focused on urban parking and land-lease community investments. Matt joined Green Courte in 2012.

Prior to joining Green Courte, Matt was a Junior Associate with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, where he worked in various roles, including debt originations, portfolio management and credit underwriting. His primary responsibility was to market and execute life-company, CMBS, Fannie Mae, mezzanine and interim debt products.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. Matt serves on the National Investment Center’s Active Adult Committee and the Urban Land Institute’s Lifestyle Residential Development Council.
