“Amber Evans is the Vice President of Memory Care and Resident Engagement at LCB Senior Living, where she leads the award-winning Reflections Memory Care program and cutting edge 5 Principles for Vitality program….dedicated to helping residents thrive. She has proudly supported development and implementation of these programs at LCB for over a decade.
With a background as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist, Amber began her career using expressive arts to connect with individuals living with all forms of dementia—fostering communication, emotional expression, and finding hope in the journey.
She is a Board-Certified Dementia Educator and Vice Chair of Education and Outreach for the National Institute for Dementia Education, and she proudly serves on the board of the NH/MA Chapters of the Alzheimer’s Association. A nationally recognized speaker and educator, Amber’s work is both professional and deeply personal—as the granddaughter of someone who walked the dementia journey.
Her passion lies in honoring each person’s story, supporting families and caregivers, and helping find moments of dignity, joy, and purpose in every stage of the journey.”
